We’re Anja and Andrew: a team with years of experience in hospitality, operations, rentals, and hands-on property care. We’ve managed our own properties across different countries and helped others manage theirs long before Abodo existed. We understand the responsibility that comes with looking after someone’s home, and we take that trust seriously.

Why We Started Abodo

We began by managing our own rental property while travelling often, learning firsthand what good hosting requires. When we moved to Istria, we started helping friends with their holiday homes. Their results grew quickly, and so did the number of owners asking for help.

It was clear that many people wanted a service that felt personal, organised and dependable, without the cold, agency-style approach.

That’s how Abodo grew: real experience turned into real solutions for local property owners.
