Yes, securely. Or we can work with a lockbox/smart lock if you prefer.
Can you also clean the property before the next season?
Absolutely. We offer full deep cleans, including carpets and furniture at an extra cost
What if you find a problem during a check?
We document it with photos, contact you immediately, and (with your approval) coordinate repairs.
Do you visit on the same day each month?
Usually, yes, but we can also do randomised visits for improved security.
What areas do you cover?
We currently serve properties across coastal and central Istria, including Pula (and the surrounding areas), Rovinj, Poreč and nearby villages. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, just reach out — we’re always happy to discuss your location.
