Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?
No. We believe in flexibility and trust, not lock-in contracts. You can choose one-time services or ongoing management, and adjust your plan as your needs change.
Can you manage my property if I live abroad?
Absolutely. Many of our clients live outside Croatia. We provide regular updates, reports, and photos, so you’ll always know your property is secure, clean, and well cared for, wherever you are.
