Do I have to already be on Airbnb or another platform?

No. We can help you create a new listing from scratch or improve an existing one.

Can I still use my property for myself or friends?

Yes. You remain the owner and can block dates for personal use. We just coordinate around your schedule.

How do you handle cleaning between guests?

We schedule professional turnovers after every stay. Carpets, furniture and surfaces are cleaned as needed, beds are made, and the space is reset for the next guest.

What if something gets damaged?

We inspect the property after each stay. If we notice damage, we document it with photos, help you report it through the platform, and coordinate repairs with your approval.

How much control do I have over pricing and rules?

You have final say. We’ll suggest pricing and house rules based on experience, but you decide what you’re comfortable with.

What areas do you cover?

We currently manage properties in a 30 km radius around Pula including Rovinj, Poreć and the surrounding areas. If your property is nearby but you’re not sure, just ask, we can tell you quickly if it’s within our service area.
